Cleft cliff faces freeze my smile knowing inside Mother Earth hidden birth canals are strong muscular lines; rivulets of energy sublime. Exquisite sight to behold.

Thanks for sharing your words, photos and smiles. What a delight on this Sunday morning! For me, visiting the ocean or hiking in the woods alone gives me that feeling. Looking up at the tops of the trees, or looking out toward the horizon, seeing the vastness of it all...

Such. breathtaking photos! I imagine it's even more stunning in person. I've been fortunate to grow up around some serious natural beauty in Santa Cruz, CA where we have the redwoods in close proximity to the ocean. I definitely felt connected to nature there. Also, when I moved to Maine for college, I felt deeply connected to the nature in Acadia National Park which was right by the college! Such a different landscape than the one of my upbringing such little mountains with immediately awe-inspiring vistas. It was such a luxury to be able to hop on my bike and ride a short distance from campus into the wild wonderland:)

Its actually a smaller canyon at Yellowstone, but it's still very epic. I need to post some photos on Instagram.

Awesome! Can't wait. It is amazing the sizes of things once you get out west. Smaller there can still sometimes be HUGE!

These images are just stunning. Thank you. Swimming in bodies of natural water is where I feel most connection, either at the local river beach or in the sea. These places aren't immediately so full of wonder as the images you share but last week I found myself enjoying the ripples of shimmering green the breeze was making on top of the river water. If I could have captured it in photos it would have been beautiful, all shards of emerald and chopped up trees.

That sounds wonderful. As I read your comment, I felt my skin long for "ripples of shimmering green."
