Meanwhile most of the poses that require a back-arch are "bad discomfort" for me, like Camel and Bridge. I just cannot connect with them. So I took some time to ponder that after reading your poem. "Where you are and where you yearn to be" is my constant mental battle. I've got some on-the-mat-off-the-mat work to do! :)
