"When we move our bodies into triangle pose we become a sacred shape – a birch leaf, a shamrock, a white trillium perfectly symmetrical and at peace, ." -- from Triangle Pose, by Corie Feiner
I found this pose grounding and opening at the same time - which is kinda counterintuitive qualities that sometimes fight against each other in sensations, but also makes sense because if you're not grounded how can you open up?
"when I look at the body this way, through sacred shapes and through yoga, I can no longer deny that I, too, am made from the blueprints of an intelligent and holy design."
This is beautiful, thank you for sharing your poem and your process 🔽

Thank you. And I love the divine feminine symbol you added. :)
You make everything beautiful with the geometry of your words. Thanks for this holy perspective on triangle pose.
