Not only does the body not lie, the body speaks.
All the time…
Sometimes it whispers from the soft tissue between the two sides of your core, sometimes it yells from your overfull belly and sometimes it aches from the lonely chambers of your heart.
Or, if you think of it, quite simply, it remembers everything… it holds your grandmother’s hands, your father’s eyes or your great-grandmother’s nose…
it holds the excitement of a new vista or the fear of falling….
Sometime along the course of our histories, we learned to suck it up and stop listening. Until it gets loud and unignorable.
I get it, sometimes our minds run the show, sometimes we have to put up with small pains and go on automatic pilot in order to survive.
But sometimes, maybe now, the body starts to speak and does not stop taking until we listen… really listen.
