Somewhere along the line some of us learned to disown parts of ourselves.

Certain feelings, certain thoughts, or certain body parts.

And this coming year I encourage you to spend some quality time with your thoughts, observe your habitual patterns, reactions, and words, and be open to learning about your mental blind spots and any self-limiting beliefs.

And then steer the ship of your life towards where you want to go.

Love yourself enough that you feel worthy of living in a place of possibility. Yes, I truly believe we can make peace with our past, and envision and create a future we want to live in, inhabit, embody.

Thighs

This last week in our Bodylove Poetry Workshop, we explored our thighs and what they can hold… power, strength, memories, discomfort, fear, sensuality, and a deep desire to move. Together, we wrote and shared poems that were tender, funny, and downright sexy.
