Self-love Saturdays

The more I teach the tools of self-love and in particular, bodylove, the more I learn what it means to love myself.

To love my hands that still grasp—

my skin that still feels—

my tongue that still tastes—

and my nose that takes in air all day and all night and can still smell the nighttime scent of pine needles and stars.

Some days I celebrate the big wins, like a few upcoming publications (to be announced), and other days I celebrate the small wins, like that this year the kale in my overwintered garden grew beautifully and I get to eat fresh kale all winter long.

Today, on this Self-love Saturday, I am excited to share a few more inspiring quotes and hope at least one of them lands with you as you move on with your busy - or not so busy - day.
