Hello yogis, poets, and seekers of inspiration!
Even if you feel anxious and have “no time,” I invite you to take a moment to guffaw, chuckle, smile, or groan, depending on how cheesy I get.
As the Dalai Lama said:
Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.Laughter is good for thinking because when people laugh, it is easier for them to admit new ideas to their minds.
So you see, laughter is a serious business. So let’s get cracking!
On the theme of going inwards. A little can go a long way—
On the theme of thoughtlessness—
On the theme of self acceptance—
(Just so you know, I am a recovering hyper-critical mirror gazer, so I offer this with love, light, and kindness.)
For yogis of all types—
The deeper we go, the more we find—
And let’s keep this one last joke in mind today in honor of our yoga teachers, and consider taking a class at your local studio:
Why is it easy to make an appointment with a yoga teacher?
They’re just so flexible.
Know someone who could use a laugh or a sigh? Pass it on!
The avocado one!! Adorable!!
The popcorn took me a moment. Hahaha!
