Calling all women, especially moms

on Sunday, April 28th at 10 am ET where you will--
learn solid poetry craft skills
read and discuss poetry about shedding skin
explore your own relationship with your skin
receive generative writing prompts
have exclusive and supported writing time
be given the space to share your work aloud in a supportive, loving, and safe space
You will also learn and practice conscious movement and breath work to help create connection and presence with your body, and in particular, your skin.
This one-time workshop is a taste of the full Bodylove Poetry Writing Workshop which combines my background as a workshop facilitator, poet, performer, and holistic health coach with my love of yoga and cultivating community.
I created it as part of my healing journey to reconnect with my body, balance my nervous system and increase my sense of inner peace and self-love... and now I want to offer it to you.
If this appeals to you, I encourage you to register now and reserve your space for this free poetry writing workshop on Sunday, April 28th at 10 am ET and give yourself the gift of poetry, presence, support, self-acceptance... and bodylove.

A Note to the Amazing Men in My Life and On This List
I want you all to know that I am offering this workshop to women because that is where I am at — in this body — and that is what I can authentically teach to. If you know of any women, though, whom you think would enjoy this workshop, please do share this with them.
