What is the Bodylove Poetry Workshop

In this juicy workshop I walk you through how to write a poem and give voice to specific parts of your body.

We are start with skin. Your skin is your largest organ, weighs about eight pounds, and renews itself every 28 days!

We will read a poem about our skin, learn serious poetry craft skills, connect with our bodies, and create a safe and supported space to write and share our own original skin poems. You will leave this workshop feeling vibrant and lighter -- as if you shed some skin!

This process has been transformative for me and I want to share this gift with you.

We then go on to other body parts that you may have been trying to ignore – like your hips, your belly, or your heart. But isn’t it time you let them speak?

Even if you have never written a poem before, I know there is a poem or two or ten inside of you waiting to be unleashed.
