Hello yogis, poets, and seekers of inspiration!
Today is the day to play. Somehow, somewhere in your day, let yourself crack up, fall down, spin around, let go– even for a second or two.
Then you can brush off and get all serious again.
Not to make light of any problems you may be experiencing. But sometimes we need a break, not just from the outside world or the news, but from our habitual selves. From our worries, frustrations, self-talk, and frankly, the noise.
