Please join me for a heartwarming poetry reading on Tuesday, November 5th from 6-7 pm ET where we will be grounding ourselves with presence, poetry, and prayer.

I will be reading some of my poems about self-love, resilience, and the wisdom of the body, offering you a grounding writing prompt, some scared writing time, and an "open mic" where you can share your words.

This is not meant to be a “right-wrong good-bad” or "political" gathering.

This is meant to be an energetic gathering where we do not focus on what is "out there" but what is "in here…" in you, deep in your heart, your lungs, your soul.
