As the holidays honoring love and light approach and the New Year beckons us to set intentions for ways in which we can improve our lives, I offer you my poem, Bird Dog Pose.

Much like a Labrador Retriever, I have run into the grassy fields with reckless abandon bring this poem to you— my hunters, my seekers, my poets, my knowers that there is something more— I beckon you to imagine the future you want to see for yourself, and for the world, and go there. Your greatest enemy will be the resistance within. But the Bird Dog is there to guide you. To say, it is right over there, and point.
